Please note that as of 2021, Short-Term Rentals (STRs) of less than 28 days (one month) are no longer available due to the City of Palm Desert’s revised STR bylaws. The Weekly Rates noted below are to provide additional rate information for stays longer than one month.

Security Deposit

- A refundable security deposit is required in order to confirm your reservation.
- The security deposit amount is $500 USD
- To hold the reservation, security deposits must be received within 15 days of booking.
- Security deposits will not be applied to rent, and will be fully refunded within 30 days of departure provided that no offset is required for any additional cleaning or damages to the property.
Rent & Cleaning

- All rental payments are due in full 60-90 days prior to arrival (depending on duration and season).
- Once the rental payment has been received, a refund will only be provided in accordance with our cancellation policy (see next section).
- A $200 USD cleaning fee is also due with the rental payment
Cancellations

- Cancellations that are made at least 60-90 days prior to scheduled arrival will be refunded in full (depending on duration and season).
- Cancellations made less than 60-90 days prior to arrival date will only be refunded if our home is again rented for the period cancelled.
Utilities

- Rental fees include all utilities except as noted below
- Air Conditioning charges may be added for stays between June 1st and September 30th (generally about $30-40 USD/week).
Pets
-
- A $100 USD/month surcharge will apply for guests with pets.
- An additional $250 USD damage deposit is also required
